Ingredients: Caramelized onions, water, merlot wine, red wine vinegar, carrots, rice starch, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), light brown sugar, Dijon mustard (distilled vinegar, mustard seed, salt, water, white wine, spices), Portabella mushrooms, salt, Worcestershire concentrate (water, distilled vinegar, corn syrup, water, salt, caramel color, garlic powder, sugar, spices, tamarind, natural flavor), celery, sundried tomatoes, red bell pepper, dehydrated garlic, natural flavor, spice, thyme, bay leaves, and citric acid

Over Directions: Brown a 3 pound roast in olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add one jar Pot Roast Starter, cover and bake at 350ºF for 1.5-2 hours or until tender.
Crockpot Instructions: Brown a 3 pound roast in a large skillet, then transfer to crockpot. Add jar of Pot Roast Starter, cover and cook on low setting about 6-8 hours or until tender. Recipe serves about 6.
